Went to the track today for the first time since the SC and cooling kit were installed. Don't know how they compare but I was happy with the results. Temperature was 43°F and I was on A/S 3+ so I opted for the 1/3 mile roll. I was around 145-147 mph, and hit 151 mph on the fourth run. I did five runs in just under three hours. Car didn't seem to have any issues (except for below). IAT2 was around 120 most of the time; highest I saw was 138. I was using my OBDLink for the first time and I must have messed something up as the sample rate is around 2 seconds.

Is the Knocking Retard something I need to be worried about? In the first run of the day, I noticed it seemed to pull power for a split second and the logs show it reached 5.2deg. Even in this run it reached 2.6, but I didn't notice any issue during.

Add a can of octane booster and see if the kr goes away. 2.5 degrees may not seem significant but it is.

There has to be air in the system to hit 138 on a 43 degree day.

I should be going back next Sunday, I will have to try some octane booster and see if that helps. I did notice in the logs right after positive knock there was negative knock. Don't know if that means anything.

Really? I didn't think it was that high. That was the highest temp it hit at wot all day; 99% of the time it was between 115-120. What should it be maxing out at at those speeds?

They have been having events at an old airstrip on Long Island.

You need to log timing source. Otherwise movement on the KR channel may be knock or it may be a timing limiter pulling back.

I saw "Ignition timing advance for #1 cylinder" but I didnt log it. Is that what your talking about? I did log the two knock sensors, though I dont know what the raw numbers mean, and spark advance.
