Air To Fuel Ratio stuck on 9.8 throwing 10 codes

Hey all, I’m dealing with a buncha headache to say the least. Yesterday I changed my transmission fluid got everything to the correct levels maybe a 1/2 quart over dropped the car went to fire it up it ran decent for probably 2 minutes then suddenly all hell breaks lose and I’m idling rough, you name it I’m not sure if it’s because I got oil on my O2 sensors or what but I never unplugged them at all and wiped up the oil pretty well now I’m throwing 10 different codes from Upstream O2’s stuck open to throttle position sensor to camshaft position sensor, only thing I can think is the downstream O2’s or at least one of them shorted but I have a tune so I’m not supposed to be running them any way I tricked the system to get rid of CEL and it’s been running better then it ever has until yesterday, thing is even when I unplug the down-streams the Air to Fuel ration gauge that comes on the car is stuck at 9.8….could the down stream O2’s shorting out cause the upstream to fault out and this happen, what’s weird is when I push the gas in idle the vehicle on indicator shows up on the dash like it’s shorting the hell out but why would O2 sensors cause this? Also there’s no way slightly over filling the trans would cause any shorts?? when I changed the oil I noticed all kinds of electronics in there completely submerged in oil…Needless to say I’ve been trouble shooting and trying different things all day yesterday and this morning, I’m at a loss and beyond frustrated so any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Only thing I can think is start with O2 sensors and see what happens. Thanks guys in advance. And I know I sound like an ametuer but I’ve built my car myself from top to bottom, holly intake, upgraded everything and did it all I’m just baffled at what I coulda done and completely bummed….wishing I woulda just took it in to get it done but the reason I don’t is I don’t trust mechanics whatsoever to do what they say. Check your fuses, possibly something shorted and popped one.

I don't know if you or anyone else has been working around your transmission fluid dipstick/fill area but when I was working in the close quarters around mine a few months ago, I bumped the fragile O2 sensor wire several times with my wrench. I was concerned that I damaged its functionality. Thankfully I didn't...which it sounds like the OP may have done.

I was concerned that I damaged its functionality. Thankfully I didn't...which it sounds like the OP may have done.

Huh so you’re thinking it’s an O2 sensor wire then? Initially I did find one that seems to have shorted out or fried that travelled along the transmission up behind the block to the first O2 sensor passengers side, I’ve replaced the entire section of that wiring harness…I’m hoping it didn’t fry the computer….
