Btw does anyone know if the entire bumper has to come off to access the blow off valve? Or can you reach it via fender liner ?

I changed mine once by just taking the under tray off... not sure about the fender liner.

Yes any time you pull the rubber baffling off the fuel rails, it gets much louder. My last car was loud. My current car is even louder. It's very noticeable inside the cab. It's normal.
take the friggin sound tube out and plug the hole. might help a little.

I must have the worst luck… 😂

Good news, I got the bolt out, and decided to upgrade to a 160deg stat since I already have to do another coolant flush.

That's awesome. I'm so glad this went well for you. Be careful, go easy and learn the new power curve.
lol @tritonx …don’t listen to him, let’s Shake-and-Bake, and if you don’t know then you don’t know 🙈

For those of you with the tial bov, can you hear it from the cabin with window down? I hear a lot of air noises up there when my rpms get high, but I don’t really hear the pshh sound when i let off

Hmm I might need to check that mine is operating correctly, I don’t hear that traditional woosh sound at all when i let off throttle, only some air blowing on acceleration - or maybe my exhaust is too loud. What rpm can you start hearing it at?

As low as around 3k. Not a perfect video but you can hear it.

Do you have a boost gauge? Would be nice way for you to see if everything's working properly.

I recommend buying one.. easy way to see if you're car isn't performing as it should.. one that has peak boost recall I think is great, then you can press the button and see your max psi you just made without having to watch the gauge when ripping on it.
