VooDoo = hot girl that's a 10. She might divorce you and take all your stuff. She might be a little high maintenance. But when the lights turn off at night it's somehow all worth it.

Coyote = still a solid 7 or 8. She'll have dinner ready for you at night and will never leave you. But you'll still look at the 10 when she walks by....

Nah.

The Voodoo is the side chick. Hot and sexy, and when she cleans up to go out, the whole club looks at her. And she’s not loyal.

The coyote is the wife. Beautiful and wholesome, and you can bring her home to meet the family. And she’s loyal.

Met a guy with a GT350 at a gas station last night to sell him my stock air intake. He got there first, and when I got out of the car, the first thing he said was, is your car whistling? I said yeah, that’s kind of the reason you’re getting this intake, let me show you… 😂 cool guy, very into his car just like the rest of us. We ended up standing there talking for a while, and I was able to point him in a 6G members direction, he’s looking for R replica wheels. Nice to find 350 owners where you can have a natural non-competitive relaxed interaction and mutually appreciate each other’s cars!

Over the last couple months I’ve been watching the market pretty closely… and something kind of wild is happening.

Used GT350s, Mach 1s (especially Handling Pack), and even some Dark Horses are all starting to overlap in that ~$50K–$65K range.

That creates a pretty interesting problem: You’re spending the same money… but getting completely different cars.

So, I met up with Dario Girnus, and we swapped cars back-to-back:

He drove my Dark Horse (Handling Pack)
I jumped back into a GT350 (after owning one previously)
And we broke down where the Mach 1 fits in based on real seat time (street + track)

Big takeaways:

Dark Horse (S650) – By far the most refined. Brakes, MagneRide, and overall confidence at the limit are on another level. Easiest to drive fast.
GT350 – Still the most special experience. Raw, analog, high-revving… but the engine/reliability question is real and should factor into your decision.
Mach 1 – Honestly the sweet spot for a lot of people. Feels closer to Dark Horse than GT350 in capability, but keeps more of the S550 character.

If you’re in that price range right now, this might be one of the hardest Mustang decisions in years.

Let me know your thoughts!

That’s just RIDICULOUS. It’s literally an S550.5 GT, but heavier and no physical buttons for the media/climate control. I guess that Remove Rev carries a premium.
It's shiny and new, but why would I pay more than double what I paid for my S550?

I'm nowhere near that desperate for a new car.

Sadly you can’t get the extended warranty anymore, Ford won’t do it directly, neither will Granger, etc. Tried to see if you could with a 2020.
This is not the case, I just bought a 5 year 40k mile warranty, about 2 months ago, from the Walnut Creek Ford in California.

We came to find this out later in the thread, I was misinformed!

That worry or reputation doesn’t really exist with the Coyote 5.0 and the Predator 5.2. I think that’s the point. If someone’s Voodoo 5.2 holds up reliably, that’s awesome. But that hasn’t always been the rule.
Spoke to Ford exec last weekend. He rolled his eyes at these opinions. They have simular failure rates
