Drove to St Cloud and picked up meds for my wife and as long as I was out, I picked up a dozen red roses for V-day tomorrow. 50 miles round trip beautiful day for a drive. It was 46 degrees and sunny.
Good man👍

I upgraded from sync 2 to sync 3. I realized I needed a change when certain addresses weren’t available in the old navigation system. The sync 3 is so much better, wish I would have known about it sooner. The best part is I ordered the non navigation unit and they upgraded me to the navigation unit for free. I got it from Allthingssync.com. I may go back someday to upgrade to sync 4 should the money fall in my lap.
I've used them before to replace a dead apim in my '12 Edge. It was a good experience.

New OEM Motorcraft wiper blades put on. The ones on it were some crappy stuff. Not even the right size.

Not to the car per se, but I finally bought some quick jacks.

23,000 miles and was playing around and decided to remove and clean throttle body. It was pretty clean before and now all back together. Do I need to do the relearn or will it do it itself. I removed battery and drained ECU settings I believe.

What did you use to clean it and do you think it makes any difference?

If there was no idle surge before, doubtful a difference will be noted.

Finally installed my MMD Steering wheel! Love this and I should’ve done this awhile ago.

Idle doesn't settle to a relatively smooth. You can feel it and hear it, and you will immediately think this isn't normal. Often surges up and down a couple of hundred RPM, even after being warmed up. If you haven't noticed it, then it most likely isn't surging. Doing the beta testing, I had a couple of throttle bodies that wouldn't idle smoothly at all, which required more adjustments. Supposedly, a really gunked-up one performs similarly.

what s a surge? How much?
