It's the 11.8 hero run that has people doubting....that's almost a second off what the normal person will run, big difference.
I don't think anyone is doubting the run. It happened. The problem is that they said, "Look what our car can do tune only" but not releasing the tune to the public. It took a long time for that last revelation to come across. People were looking at the EB with unrealistic expectations based off a tune only run. Most companies tunes are going to be relatively close, so the expectation was bottom 12's to high 11's with a tune. That won't happen.

I still think the EB is a great deal running mid-12's with minimal mods, getting mid-high 20's mpg, and doing it all in a nice package with air-conditioned seats. To me it is a perfect daily driver, but if you bought the car expecting something else it would be very disappointing.

Except for the fact that it is only .25" off of our 12.19 ET.

RUN OUR TUNES, PARTS AND FUEL. Until that happens you cannot call us out.

What do we have to gain by lying? We are not only in this tiny Mustang market. We have race teams, OEMs and multi-million dollar multi-national accounts that we would lose by lying about ANY section of our business. Is that worth fabricating results of a $30,000 car?
Nobody is saying you did not run that number. The video is all the proof I need. However, you are not handing that tune out to the public right now. That is why I called it disingenuous. It is not a tune someone can call you up and get. Maybe down the road. However, when I saw the run, I thought that tune was available.

I think Anthony posted exhaust, intake, and tune from you guys was good for ~450rwhp...no $2k+ heads. That should be damn close to 120 capable. This kind of acceleration would be available at any time...full weight, stock wheels, pump gas.

Your EB combo seems to have some compromises to match that performance...fuel, missing interior pieces, partial exhaust, skinnies...
His car makes GREAT power, but a 120MPH trap...no. 117 or so TOPS.

The EB doesn't need to go all out because of the fact that it is 450Lbs lighter. It will put lengths on the Coyote off the line, and the Coyote will run it down.

If you bought the car because of a YouTube video that is short-sighted.

No other company is REMOTELY close to our ET! Like we said way back in 2009, tuning is the key to EcoBoost success. And we have proved it on EVERY platform EVERY year.

It says in plain text that it is a race tune for validation ONLY, in plain text.

So, if Boeing says that their new aircraft is the best thing to ever take fight you expect them to divulge every inch of engineering? No. It is called intellectual property protection. We are protecting our R&D, engineering and process. No different than if you called up any other pace-setting company.

So from what I've seen. Mid-upper 12's are a tune only,maybe tires .Seems low 12's is exhaust/intake work and tires. 11's upgrade turbo or more efficiency through fuel ,meth.
I guess that doesn't seem like alot to me,an isnt that what everyone saw 12's with just a tune? I think this car definitely does that. shrug:
.I am fairly confident I can ride this stock turbo into the 11's consistently which is more than fine for me. Heck low 12's out of my daily sounds perfect.

I was getting frustrated as well until I reevaluated where this car is and what's coming up:headbang:
I may have been one that drug Livernois into this conversation. Regardless who cares. A lot of folks are speculating on this or that while Livernois actually knows these ecoboost motors...As far as race gas,great most around here run race gas or meth and another tune when they hit the track. A less powerful but plenty quick street tune the rest of the time. This is what I'll do as well,I want the slip,video and the time At the Track.
Livernois does come off cocky sometimes,i think its more confidence tan cockiness. i appreciate the feedback along with that from Cobb Torrie. Etc. :thumbsup:All these tuners are great IMO.

Nobody is close to 12.6? Not sure this is accurate...

Seeing how the only tune you have released ran a 12.6 I would say others are pretty close.

We are talking about a 3400-3600Lb car with a 4 CYLINDER in it.

Just like Cosmo said, it has happened several times.

We WILL get there, it is what we do. Until there is another company that can make claim to the same records we can we will continue to tout being the best.

We appreciate EACH AND EVERY single client, follower and supporter like COSMO, Anthony and 2015-MUSTANG among others.

And no matter what happens on the forums we will continue to offer help and advice to EVERYONE.

We will continue to aid our supporting vendors like UPR as well.

Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither were we. We are simply trying to bring everyone else up to speed. No pun intended.

12.19, nobody is close.

Us and our beta team are street testing and validating stage 2 as we speak. Just because we do not provide 24 hour incremental updates as to what we are doing doesn't mean we aren't hard at work.

Not to be that guy but the PM you sent me awhile back said you are "confident" your Stage 2 tune will run a 12.6. What does that put the Stage 1 at?
