You are missing the point. We are nor asking for every last detail. All we are asking for is a genuine discussion, instead of your canned talking points.
Mike, we are answering the questions asked and counter-points addressed. I cannot help that the same or extremely similar (to use your word) "canned" statements.

Mike and a few others turned it into a let's try to bash Livernois thread.... Why is it that we because we CRUSH the competition we are the bad guys?

Stop the pissing match then...they have their opinions let them have it. This was NOT a thread about your company. People will bash you....get over it and let the original topic take place...move this pissing match into a separate "Livernoise FAQ" thread where people who are actually even considering Livernoise can read up on your company.

I'm in the middle of race season. I have never equated warm weather with race season for a turbo car. This EB is odd for sure.

.......so as I first ,entombed, Cobb or Bama? This has gotten crazy. I want something SAFE, better performance, it doesn't have to be the fastest, just better performance, reputable company, who know the EB, and won't break the bank.......Half the things I have heard on here I had not heard until I joined this site......SO, I am looking for some help. NOT my dad can beat up your dad.

I've loved the Mustang since 1968, saw the first one when I was 3 years old, a honey gold 65. I purchased a Black EB Premium, NON PP, 50th AP. and have thoroughly enjoyed the car. I am sure Livernois (not sure on pronunciation though) has fine products.

At this point Im not sure what I will purchase if anything. There is too much he said, he said, they said, you said.....BS....really just looking for some help from. I am a NOVICE and was asking questions and this is what happens. I may just get the CAI and FR Touring Axle back and be done. Never thought I would get more confused, by asking a question.

I know the thread got side tracked several times, but I remember there was a good number of people that already recommended Cobb and one that I remember kind of recommended Bama... Thread complete? Not sure what else you wanted, you won't find a 100% consensus. Buy what you want, its your car.

I'd say Cobb between the 2.I like their staged upgrades, plus they have a huge following and wealth of knowledge in regards to turbo cars. A huge dealer/user network is excellent as well.

BAMA hasn't tuned any ecoboost cars until this point. They are novices on this platform, and have underwhelming results. Don't recommend at this time.

COBB has good results, and their tuner is used by a lot of companies in packages. Recommended because of the versatility and solid results, as well as a good history in other turbo cars.

Unleashed has a personal interaction with the tuner himself, and leads to a great personalized experience. Recommended.

Livernois has the best results thus far, but the least versatile tuner itself. Not much functionality, but, what tuning devices display isn't exactly accurate anyways. They have great experience with the ecoboost platform itself. Recommended.

I will be the first to apologize for the 4 pages of pointless arguing facts. You didn't mention us, but I said NOTHING until a few posters mentioned us.

Unfortunately, we cannot control when people argue facts that are presented. Just like Kyle from Cobb, Joe from UPR Products, Torrie from Unleased Tuning or myself would like to answer whatever tuning questions that you have regarding tuning.

Listen...forget all this Livernoise BS...this thread should alone make you not want to do business with them.

I for one picked COBB based on their reputation and the ease of install/accessport use. Are they the fastest or most powerful...dont know and I don't care. I was looking for a tune that was easy, accessible for my logging and backed by a company that has a good reputation.

Tunes can be safe and also can not in some fluke cases but if you want the EB to act like a true performance car you NEED a tune. I installed mine at under 500 miles and I am at 1800 mile now and have nothing but positive things to say about COBB so far. I am sure BAMA is great also but i picked COBB and that is who I am sticking with. TBH, tuning a car is a VERY simple thing to do and you will 100% be happier with the car once you have it done. Without a tune a intake and exhaust are nothing but sound...if that makes you happy go for it, but if you want some power get the tune and learn the pleasure of modding your car for performance and not just sound/sight.

In the end, you will NEVER get an answer to "What tune is best" you need to see what features each tuner has and find out if that is what you want.

No, but it is no secret that you will turn the #8 rod and piston into a molten mixture of metal.... 600 is the limitation of the rod piston combo.
Disagree; this is not 2011 and tuners did not know about the cat issues when you turn them off; I would hope you as tuners would know better.

E85 will safely take the stock internals to 650.

Oil pump gears are the weaker link vice rods/pistons.

Lot's of torque early on is not necessarily your friend from a dig - unless you can put it down. So now add bigger wheels/tires and suspension to the list.
Very good point which is what I try to explain to people when they ask what is better, roots style blowers, centri's or turbo's; 500 tq off the hit is a lot of strain on parts and if you don't have the suspension/tires to handle it you either spin or lose control of the car.

I prefer the power to come on as the car is moving, as in a centri/turbo car as it is easier on parts and easier to control.
