Plenty of them do.

Compared to how many are going to be on the Nurburgring?
That's obvious. Are "them" going to a track or doing it on the street? Dodge is the last company that built street legal drag cars in the Demon and Super Stock.

The GT350 idolization is hilarious. It’s not that special, and the DH/M1 have already shown to outperform it. It’s still a Mustang with an unreliable motor. The GT500 is on a different level.
If you were not so wrong, you'd be right.
- GT350 wins
- GT350 wins

Hell in some vids the Mach1 even beats the DH.

I can't find a single video of a GT350 losing to a DH in any comparison test.
Now factor in you can get a well kept GT350 for like 61K and that Ford cant unload NEW loaded Dark horses even when discounted from the 70's into the high 60's it kinda tells you a lot.

Just for fun I did a quick search and this popped up. I think the DH is a better match for the GT350 than you think. It posted a quicker LL time than the GT350R, never mind the regular GT350. Add in the fact that the DH is brand new with factory support and warranty, and I can see why people would pick it over the 350. I know I would if I were a “track” guy. But I’m just a knuckle dragging 1/4 mile guy so what do I know lol 😂

It should be interesting to see what the MSRP will be. I assume Ford will do their usual thing and make it limited quantity so that dealers feel free to upcharge.
Yeah, I'm anxious to hear what the MSRP will be as well. Easily a 100k car, the way things cost these past few years.

I don't think this car will be limited production. Just my opinion on that.

I am currrently curious as to how they were able to get the tune for the supercharger done? i currently have a 26 GT premium that is getting the 6th gen 3.0L stage 1 whipple and supposedly going from the 2 throttle body the 26s come with and going into a single is throwing off the tune and its currently running lean. Anyone have any thoughts?

nobody cares about ring times except nerds
Car and driver tested the DH to be faster than the GT350 in the 1/4 and around the Lightning Lap
lol, the ring is useless because pro drivers and nobody can duplicate their times, but car and driver is better because pro drivers and nobody can duplicate their times…wait wut?

What?

You can go to VIR or a 1/4 mile track in your area and run all you want

where did I say anything about pro drivers?

They are Ford. They can do whatever they want.

also your engine and supercharger have nothing to do with the Dark Horse SC. Totally different stuff.

As a drag racer you should know that you cant compare times between 2 cars almost 10 years apart.......track temperature, humidity and track surface condition can all play parts : )

I mean its kind of fun to look at magazines but you know how it goes .....

PS- Im an ex knuckle dragging drag racer too.... lol used to run a fox body with 347/ NOVI 2000 combo : )
