What other cars do you have in the garage besides the Shelby?

I was getting tree work done and had to move my cars out of my driveway. My wife's car isn't pictured. I wish I had a garage. All manuals besides the truck. The last car is a three on the tree or three on the column which most people probably have never driven.

easy killer…some of us learned to shift in our old mans 57 Chevy two door post, with the afore mentioned three ā€on the treeā€ šŸ˜Ž

Had looked very closely at one of these, but since we have my 12 year old daughter, just couldn't commit to two coupes full time on my side of the car equation. Ended up with the IS500 with the same engine, but the RCF's 8 speed auto vs the LC's 10 speed auto. Still sounds great and a great daily.

Ooooo is500 that's badass. I'd like to drive one. Sweet ride!

I'll tell you that its good enough that I rarely pull the Shelby out "just for fun" anymore.
How do you think it would compare to a stock 18up gt 10r80 car? Stock for stock.

Its a little porkier and on narrower tires out back so it would probably be a bit slower, but ive never really driven a 10r80 car hard. Not even my dad's 2024, so hard for me to day 100%.

Is500 tests have it at 4.3 to 60mph and 12.7 in the 1/4. Ao about a half second slower in the 1/4 mile but it has 4 doors so ill take that trade off.

I'd take that trade as well!

My Cayman is quicker in the 1/4 mile, but it has the PDK. Great DCT, but gets boring after about 5 minutes.
I REALLY prefer to drive the slower manual Shelby over the 718.

I am all about a manual. Just for fun. I don’t care that you are faster. Enjoyment to me is more important.

I say Dave is kidding around here. His 2018 GT350 5.2L is very fast.

No untruths about the Cayman being quicker 0-60… 718 is 3.9, and the Shelby is 4.0.
I like the auto in my Bronco, but I LOVE the manual in my performance car!
And I don’t care for the auto in the Cayman… it’s supposed to be a sports car!
The Bronco is just a fun sloppy goofy 4x4.

The Pony’s stablemate that normally sits on top of the 4 post dying of shadow poisoning because I prefer the 5.2 FPC sound hands down. Considering moving this along to add a 500 to the ā€˜cave…not sure if I’d regret losing the nimble nature of the flat 6 Mezger missile.
