Never. Stored my car every winter for 4 years with E85 in the tank, never a single issue. The E85 “goo ball” horror stories are old news, haven’t seen an issue on this forum one single time.

10 minutes is not enough to get oil temperature up to operating temperatures.

My engine temp is at operating temp before I shut it off.

Hey, if you like unnecessary cold starts and not getting your oil up to temp, have fun
I never said I didn't get the engine up to operating temps but you koiw what, you can do what you feel like doing and just leave what I do or not do up to me. To comment just to comment BS comments doesn't add to the OP post.

Agree, but I have noticed other members on this forum who just cant help themselves by posting shit on other people's post. They always try to get others to believe that their views are the only correct way of doing things and that the way your doing it is incorrect/wrong.

Such is life. Fear mongering over things they’ve never personally experienced or had any experience with. It’s the norm.

I never stored my old wakeboats all winter without running a good non-ethanol fuel for the final trips and using stabil. never had an issue.
I just toss the lawnmower and sno thrower in the garage and hope they start next season. they always did.

figure it has more to do with a wakeboat costing 6 figures and a lawnmower doesnt. the peace of mind was worth it for me.

I always said "you do you and I'll do me". that way we are both happy.
