Anybody with aftermarket subs? Does the extra weight visually weigh down the rear?

I'm planning on putting around 80lbs of audio gear in my trunk, and was afraid that it's gonna weigh down the rear, and therefore leave less gap in the rear wells as opposed to the fronts. I have Steeda springs, but I may switch them out for some BMR's (when they are released) because their will be more of a rake.

Anybody have a system in the trunk, and does it weigh down the rear like I imagine?

Buy 2 40lbs bags of sand and throw in trunk for $6 to test it out :)
I would if I had my car :D. I'm just trying to figure out as much as I can before my car arrives to know if I have to rethink my plans.

I will put my wife in there when i get home and measure. She weighs about 100 so if theres no sag, you are good to go!

I normally keep about 100 pounds of emergency gear in my trunk on a permanent basis*; it doesn't weigh anything down to any noticeable extent.

* - Hydraulic jack; x-bar wrench; jumpers; battery starter; road flares; reflector triangles; tow ropes; trench shovel; funnels; rags; zip ties; space blankets; first aid kit; gallon of anti-freeze; gallon of washer fluid; few quarts of motor oil; gallon of water; air compressor; duct tape.

You also have the option of going with low-profile subs which will save you quite a bit of weight. After that you're looking at more expensive options like FRP sub boxes instead of MDF wood.

Well aside from the sub (12" FI Q which weighs 38 lbs lol) the rest of the system should be fairly light. Fiberglass enclosure I got that was meant for an S197 is only 12lbs, and amps are roughly 15-20lbs for both.
