Long term report.
I can say that after more than 10k km my GT350 consumes 0 oil anymore, considering it was burning a liter every few hundred kilometers
oh nice, and we are chalking this up to a new factory PCV?!?

Since i own my 16 gt350 it consumes around 1 liter which is around a quart every 800-1000km or 500-600 miles. It now sits around 70000km or 44000 miles. It has seen plenty of race track and all in all doesn't miss a beat (as long as you refill the oil). Now since i have some time and i have no warranty or any help from Ford anyway i tried to self diagnose where the issue originally stems from. I bought a compression/leak down tester but the adapter doesn't fit so for now i only checked the spark plugs which look totally fine in my opinion. All of the spark plugs look the same.(the one in the picture is from cylinder 8 which i read was the problematic one). I also replaced the PCV valve but still need to check if it got better. I wonder if the spark plugs are completely dry where does the oil come from?

Do you have an oil catch can? If so, how often do you have to empty it?

Reporting back after the PCV valve replacement. Topped the car off and drove to Germany and back including some high speed runs hehe. Round about 1500km (930 miles) and the car used zero oil. So i guess i found my issue. Also my front splitter flew away.
My front splitter folded under on a trip to Vegas. The mechanic had reused fasteners on the splitter. NOT!

Yeah it's a oem pcv valve
could you see anything wrong ? Oil in PCV pipes , or in the intake manifold etc ?
did it blow smoke on start up or when you held it at RPM ?

I ask as I’m chasing a similar amount of oil burning in my fresh build GT , and I’m at the point of a bad valve seam seal as everything else is perfect.

I didn't notice any major symptoms with the valve although if i remember correctly the valve wasn't that loud rattling compared to the new one.

+ There was a huge amount of oil on the exhaust pipes and under heavy throttle you could see a small amount of smoke

thanks. I checked again today and had small oil leak from one of the cam sensors and that about it. It hasn’t blown any smoke for weeks and when it did was only a tinny puff on start up. and Nothing else.
anyway I got a new pcv today and I’ll monitor it. 🤞
