I think they're factory style. I've used both though. Currently using the open lug nuts from OP Mustang.

My current lug nuts are 19mm and thats a tight fit on them. I dont think theyd work with stock lug nuts if they have the washers, but I havent looked at a set of those since 2019 lol

LOL. I’d be getting a set of Gorilla lugs. I have the tuner style splined lugs on my current set, I assume I could do the same on the 6GR’s. OEM is 21mm, I assume if 19mm is tight that would be a no-go on the factory-style Gorilla’s
