Damn never thought in a million years someone would have used the same name! I only picked that after a dude at the gas station asked me if I was the guy that pulled up in a car that sounded like Vader. I never thought about it before that but yeah the down shifts on decel do sound like Vader. And my car lights up like the dark side so the name stuck.

To be fair that's a super common nickname for black cars. I know of a handful of people with "vader" based instagram handles for their black cars.

These are the air designs, they are actually the same as fords they are not carbon fiber, just plastic. Been on for 4 years and still look great.

Nah, I'm mid 50's. This is my "midlife crisis" car. When I bought it and we were driving home, we passed a sign for a town by the name of "Vader" and my wife turned to me and said "That's a sign, this car is now called Vader"

I've tinkered with it a bit over the years and it still makes me giggle every time I drive it.
