2017 PP with a Roush Phase 2 SC kit, and a long-tube based Kooks system to the tailpipes. I opted for the "race cat-cons" because I live in a county with visual EPA-required inspections for emissions systems.

The "post-cat" O2 sensors have been disabled in the tune (I use a Lund N-Guage, tune by Lund)

My problem is all of a sudden I cannot get the "run cycle" bits to exit cleanly. I'm getting a P0420 and a P0430. One of my banks shows as "below efficiency" and one either never completes the cycle or it too just goes to "below efficiency".

Is this a common thing? I've been using this tune for a few years without issue. Do I simply need to replace the 02 sensors or do I need to look into this "deeper"? (I have NOT reached out to Lund with a datalog or anything)

My car registration has now lapsed because I could not pass the inspection :(

Ah - details. The car is in NE Ohio (that's where it's registered and where it falls under the stupid EPA inspection requirements)

And I've not heard of "defoulers" - but I will get a pair and see if that does the trick. Thanks.
That definitely makes more sense. Here in PA we have yearly inspections & emissions but I get exempt from emissions if i'm under 5k miles for the year. Good luck!

Follow up - finally made it back to Ohio, got my "defoulers" installed, and.....
