I have a 19 GT PP1 with 31k miles with 20” wheels and non-active suspension. Been looking at the BMR minimal drop springs just to close the gap just a little more. I’ve read some people just got the springs with no issues but Ik it’s recommended to get shocks and struts because stock will wear out faster and I think I wanna play it safe. Anyone know which kit would be best for these springs and my setup? Thanks.

FR track dampers, they are a step up from your OEM setup and work well with the BMRs.

Another choice would be Billsteins if you can find any in stock.

Depending on the springs rates you can utilize this guide if you are interested in the Steeda Springs:

Depends on your goals. Bilsteins or Ford Track if you just want a street car and dont want any adjustability. If you want to play with shock stiffness, the Koni or Steeda adjustable is a cheap option which pair well with the BMR rates.

I like the adjustability and of higher rates of the adjustables, they can really help the car carve corners. If you just want a sporty option with a good ride the Bilsteins or FP shocks will do that.

Yeah I’m kinda just going for looks and don’t want ride quality to decrease much so from what I’ve read I think I’ll end up going with Ford most likely. Thanks for the info.

Our Fixed Pro Actions don't offer the adjustability but will improve the ride quality (based on the Minimum Drop Springs & the rates being similar) - if interested, I can get your info, have our sales team look at pricing for you & you can make a decision with some forum pricing compared to the Ford shocks - just let me know, you can hit me up at [email protected]
