Most of the drive train drop outs for sale on eBay or a lot of them anyway doesn’t include the drive by wire peddle or the air intake. Even more don’t even include the air intake piping along with the stock maf. If you intend to sell the drivetrain don’t screw the next person buying it so you can sell another 50$ part! Either include everything needed for the engine/transmission or don’t put it up for sale at all! A lot of the ppl will even break up the engine and trans. Has anyone purchased anything used and have terrible stories. I’d like to pick up another engine for a project but I don’t want a complete mystery machine. I guess building may be the way to go tho may be more expensive.

Have you considered a dedicated breaker yard rather than ebay or marketplace?
I know there's one in south Georgia that specializes in Mustangs. I'm sure a phone call would get you whatever you want.

check insurance companies to be able to bye crashed and totaled cars. Some of them do auctions and sell off inventory. They don't strip down anything. If you are just looking for parts.
