I got pcmtec recently and was poking around my stock tune looking for what I should change to get rid of the rev hang on my 2015 GT MT82. I haven't seen anything that I felt confident about changing so far. I was looking for things related to torque request. Maybe there is a torque which can be set closer to or at 0 when throttle is at 0. Or maybe it's in the fuel maps. I'm not an experienced tuner though and have never touched fuel maps. Any insight?
To be clear: I want the engine to decelerate as much as possible when I let off the throttle regardless of vehicle speed, inferred gear, or whatever.
