I changed the evap purge valve and low pressure fuel sensor. Then the normal oil, brakes, filters and tires. I'm wondering when best to have manual trans flush, spark plugs, and belts changed. Any opinions?

Have you looked in your owners manual? Almost positive there is a maintenance schedule in there.

Ya, inspect everything until 100k miles and that's the only time it says to replace something. But as we all know things go bad on cars when they've been put to the test and see common issues.

Then inspect everything. All the fluids, and belts. It's not hard to check the coolant for color and specific gravity or the brake fluid for color and moisture. Pull a couple of plugs and look. If you're the least bit concerned, change it Change air & cabin filters.
Is there something specific you're worried about?
You said you changed a fuel pressure sensor, why? Because the internet said it can fail and cause problems? If that's your yardstick you should probably pull the dash and change the evaporator. Or replace the deck lid wiring harness and the backup camera. Oh, and pull the head and replace the headgasket and stretchy headbolts with studs. The got the nickname EcoBoom for a reason. And since it's a direct injection engine you should decarbon the valves while the head is off. Actually, decarboning the intake valves IS probably something that you should do that Ford doesn't talk about...

I did change it cause of what I read. Seemed like an easy fix for 40$ when that evap purge valve people said needed changed too, actually threw an engine code for me and needed replaced. So that was something I figured I might see as well too. From your sarcastic posturing I guess I'm over thinking it but wanted someone elses opinion if they ran into anything they wished they had changed sooner. I'm not really a "car guy", but thanks for your abrasive comments though appreciate it.

Plugs yes, tranny fluid yes, belts inspect. That's what I would do.

You're welcome, and yes, you are overthinking it. Your first reply to me was rather dismissive, which prompted the sarcasm. How was I, or were we, to know if you had checked the owners manual? It was a reasonable question.
The other things I listed are common problems with first gen S550s, which you specifically mentioned. Where do you draw the line fixing things before they break? $40 for a sensor may have prevented something and maybe not. My EB is at 107k and the sensor hasn't been changed but the headgasket has been. I'm not particularly worried about the sensor based on a bunch of YouTube videos who benefit from creating an atmosphere of angst.

I was serious about cleaning the valves though.
