I’ll admit I don’t know about FI or the new direct inject system, but I’ll go ahead and disagree a 3/8” id hose is a restriction for this fuel system. As well as a smooth radius 90° AN fittings. That’s a stretch. Especially when each rail is being fed individually. With my setup, not relying on fuel supply to/through one rail and then over to the other, it’s more than fine. And if it does make a difference, it’s nothing that’ll ever show on this engine.

With E85, forced induction and higher hp levels they start to become a restriction. Most people if they are going to do an entire fuel system try to do it once. This I'm not assuming, I've tested.

So, this will feed a 350 approaching 1,000 hp just fine, but the individual fed Radium rails with AN fittings poses a restriction? Got it. Lesson learned for me.

I have everything laid out. Seems to me like I'm missing some pieces or a hose. Am I looking at this right?

The only thing I see you have wrong is that your fuel rails are open on both ends of each rail. Whatcha got going on there? What's the plan? The Y manifold and the adaptor connect to the main fuel line. Then your hoses run into the back of each rail individually. Are you connecting something to the fronts of those rails since you have AN fittings installed instead of plugs?

Do you happen to have a picture? The quick connect on the driver side connectors to the adapter correct? Then where does it connect to after that? All I have is this.

This piece connects to the fuel line. Then the Y connects to that. Yes, you’ll have a lot of pieces unused.

I would think you need a crossover line for the front, just like the factory rails.

I figured it out dude. The installation instructions I had downloaded on my desktop were somehow for a coyote install but was missing like an entire page. I got the ones fresh off the website and figured everything out. I had to delay it though due to almost every single O ring on the injector adapter being torn up and crushed. Just got those in today.

Function wise, I see zero difference between this and the factory setup.

Factory line comes into the rail on the driver side, then travels through the rail and through the crossover solid line to the passenger side rail.
This set up feeds from the factory line and splits into the back side of each rail. Passenger side theoretically speaking should get fed at the same time as the driver side rail. It's definitely better. Whether it makes any difference or not though is another story.

You do not because each rail is fed. On the stock one, you only have one supply, so the crossover is needed to get fuel to the other side.
