COTUS QA Broke

Just tried to refresh my convertible that is supposed to be in any day and COTUS QA, A and B can't find my car anymore.:frusty:

Anyone else having this problem?

Same thing happened to me with VIN. Tried order number and dealer number and it found it.

Use this link but put your Vin at the end of it after the equal sign

That is what I have bookmarked and it no longer works. :headbonk:

COTUS was really slow this morning. They've made some changes to it as well. If you're like me and don't have a VIN, you have have to also enter your last name to look up your order.
They're probably just working a few things out.

I can't find mine either way and my sales guy was out today. I ask Rachel, but it looks like she wasn't online at all today. I am down to 4 days and now I can't find any status.:headbonk::frusty:

Right there with you man. ETA on 1/9... dealer said it could be here by today, but I'm fine with Friday.

As I asked, have you done your paperwork already??? I think I recall from another thread that you did, in which case it is marked as sold and no longer available on Cotus. The only way for you to get updates are through Rachel and your dealership.

My salesperson said that the qa.cotus 'convertible' site was better at looking up the order/dealer numbers than VINs.
