Needing some input on getting the exhaust tone right. I currently have American Racing Catless Headers running through 2 3”in/out Vibrant Resinators through an H-Pipe to the Active Exhaust MBRP exhaust. Startup is great, doesn’t wake up the neighborhood, but when I start driving there is still quite a bit of rasp even in quiet mode. It’s actually not as bad in Sport and Track but still looking to go a little quieter and have a deeper tone. Ive been looking at magnaflow but there’s just not really any clips similar to what I’m running right now with magnaflow. If anyone has any clips of what they have done to get a deeper tone with active exhaust and headers by all means post it below. Thank you

My 18 with extractors and Borla Switchfire sounds the worst in quite mode. Quite mode works by restricting the exhaust flow past a butterfly valve. Bit like letting the air out of a balloon while holding its neck. Next week I am having fitted two 4 inch diameter 18 inch long Vibrant resonators downstream of the Switchfire.

Your H-pipe is after the dual resonators ?
Sorry for the confusing wording, headers to an h-pipe then the resonators are welded in after the H connection on each side. 12” length resonators also.

I’ve thought of going with longer resonators but I’m thinking mufflers may make a bigger difference for me personally. I know the headers are my biggest battle when it comes to the sound since cats remove a lot of volume and rasp
