I am a fan of the Gulf livery.

As am I. A perennial favorite. Got a few more in that livery I'll pick up in the future.

The two that follow are from "the pile". I've got a modest pile of boxes in the basement now. So...the plan is every few weeks, reach into the pile and unbox something. I know what I have bought, but I don't recall what is in each box. Seems funner that way.

Nice to leave laying around the house. Kind of like hanging pictures on the wall.

Those two are somewhat recent. Wholesale had plenty available at what I considered fair pricing.

Nice selection of items, so you could consolidate a purchase to save all around.

They shipped same day, packed things nice so nothing got squished or scratched.

Edit: The AW GT500, Gulf Livery, the packaging and colors are full and rich. You can buy a Gulf four-post lift to compliment it and other cars in that livery; I'll be buying one of those in the future.

These two were recently produced, so they are easy to find and have modest prices.

Someone with a Mach 1 that has FJG, might be good to buy one now and set aside. GL 37240-F, 2021.

The one with the Shell livery, a favorite, always. GL 41125-F, 2022.

I bought a Blue 2022 GT with the Perf Pkg wing and wheels. I took it apart, scratched up the paint and laid down some white. It is now a perfect copy of my Oxford White GT!!

Where did you get this one?

Released another two from their mailing wrappers:

2019 GT350R, in the Michelin livery. Greenlight 30186, 2020.

Greenlight made a series of lifts, one being Michelin: GL 16130-B, 2021. Gulf is also available.

Yesterday, I unboxed a recent purchase and found some slight marring on the blister pack. While it didn't necessarily wreck it, eyes tend to focus on what's different and are later drawn to it.

Experimenting on a disposable food container first, I later confirmed Meguiar's PlastX is safe to use and works well at removing blemishes, scratches and other detractors from diecast model packaging.

Using a clean, dry cotton cloth, PlastX and moderate pressure, I ultimately made three passes with the product. Any obvious blemishes were lifted to where they are now indistinguishable from the rest of the patina.
