50th Anniversary paint scheme diecast

A few weeks ago In the Nascar Nationwide series a driver ran a 50th anniversary paint scheme Mustang in a race. Now Lionel is taking preorders to see if there is enough interest to be able to produce the diecast in both 1/24th and 1/64th scale. I thought I would pass this info on in case anyone was interested. Im not sure if it is allowed to post links to a company store but it is available on the manufacturer website as well as probably any Nascar diecast dealer will be listingbthis in the very near future

im also looking forward to the diecast of the street versions of the car but this is pretty cool for a racecar diecast. Im still holding out slim hope that someone from John Force Racing runs a 50th scheme too. Its a shame Ford is leaving them at the end of the year. I would have loved to see what the Gen6 would look like as a funycar body
