Funny you should say that. A couple years ago one doing 140 plus cut itself in half with a tree 3 blocks from my home after glancing off retaining walls for 1/4 mile.

As for fire, bring it! I got this house for a song because it was built entirely out of asbestos.

Actually, the Tesla was a gift from my beneficiaries. Until your post, I couldn't figure out why. Gonna cut them out of my will, if I live long enough to notarize the change.

Good God, man! I have never seen the inside of one before, since it'll be a cold day in hell before I'd consider driving one, but I must say it looks like they put every bit as much thought into the interior as they did the nose of that appliance. Blank, bland, butt-ugly are the adjectives that come to mind. Oh, and of course it has the obligatory laptop screen. If I were you, I'd get the darkest possible tint on the windows. That way, the people in real cars won't be able to identify you as That Guy.

Sorry (maybe), but there are reasons why I choose my vehicles, and that lump of nothingness just doesn't do it for me.

If you want positive feedback, a site other than Mustang6g might yield better results.

Interestingly, I have never had any windows tinted. But that makes sense because I have always been so hyper style conscious, I could not tolerate seeing the tiny untinted borders in places.

Well, that plus I don't pick my nose while driving.

You couldn't be more wrong. I got the same feedback on Cadillac, Jeep, Classic Car, etc. forums. But I was taught it impolite to blow off friends' questions and they all asked "what did you do......

Nice model 3, I’ve had two and they were both great cars in my ownership, you’ll love the interior comfort and the thrill of 0-60 in that thing never gets old.

The 40-100 isn’t so hot, until it runs into a fire truck parked on the side of the road . Seriously, don’t trust the FSD or autopilot in the left lane. Both of mine tried to run me into things several times that were stationary, or almost got me rear ended with phantom braking. The autopilot and FSD requires a lot of supervision compared to Fords blue cruise or GMs super cruise.
Also, if you live where it gets cold, don’t park it somewhere the door handles or windows can freeze (wet freezing overnight weather), it takes forever to get the doors unthawed and you risk window damage if it can’t go down when opening the way it’s designed to tuck under the trim.

Update: Adding some at home pics. Its a miracle any of these have what I intended in frame. Brutal Arizona sun meant I could NOT see anything on the phone screen accept whatever was reflecting. Still not washed; supposed to rain tonight. May have to periodically scuff up the brake pedal to match the gas electric pedal. Never touched the brake pedal on the 12 mile drive home. Thought I was done with Perellis P Zeros forever but was not to be. But they will be gone soon and probably the wheels with them. Want something bright and 19" instead of these 20s.

Nice pickup. Sorry that most people on here will admonish you for it though. They really are incredible daily drivers, even if they lack the soul and engagement that a Mustang has.

I got tired of using a 5/32 socket for the one of a kind screws at the end of the front bumper. (Under the radiator cover panel.)

So I replaced them with regular 7mm body screws, from Ace.

It's the little things.

OEM in front and replacement in the rear.

I removed my jacking rails and went to pinch weld pucks for my Quickjack.

I measured pinch weld clearance height to the QJ trays and then researched which eBay puck also gave good clearance.

Although my car is not lowered I still needed to park on 1/2" thick panels up front for just a tad more clearance. This is for 275/40 tires. But track tires of size 305/30 DO need plywood panels under the tires.

I also ordered the reminder tags from eBay.

I painted the welded stop blocks red so that it is easier to judge the status of the cam locks.

I had a little heat wrap left over so I used it on my diff cooler pump.

Not shown is the Velcro attachment which made it fit loose. Hopefully it acts as a shield from the exhaust can but also allows some airflow. Who knows.

After some thought, I just couldn't think of a situation where I would need them again. At the track, I use the scissor jack on the pinch weld behind the front wheel to change my camber, so even then the rail is not used.

Every mod adds weight to the car. I think this is one rare time when I reduced weight a little, LOL.

Finally got my Race Louvers center vent in. Was going to match body color but was too lazy to take out side vents to be painted. Car just needs a serious wash.
