Yes, I installed it on my 19 but it's been a while. If memory serves me I just tapped into the purple DRL wire just like the video here. I know this video shows the Wifi version but the power source is the same for the 19. Hope this helps.

Thanks! No, I didn't mask it off i just put the dip release on the tire and peeled it off after. Also, if you buy the wheel kit it comes with plastic to cover the brakes and rotors, if you don't feel like taking them. However, I think they will come out better if you take them off to paint...
