New whip in the house. Zuma 125. Going to work through the city @ 100mpg on nice days will be a little more fun. Added theft protection on Zuma, insurance went up 50 bucks for my motorcycle policy. 150 a year combined isn't too terrible.

I tried to find its 0-60 times, but all anyone knows so far is its over 3 hours.

lol @ 3hours. I had an older Zuma, air cooled, its actually a little rocket from the light this one needs broken in for a few hundred miles so I wont be doing any speed test. but they are quite zippy but I am also 150lbs, I read some people riding these are like 300+lbs so YMMV on acceleration. this new model from 22+ is now has variable valve timing, and liquid cooled so I am doing a cautious break in to make sure everything's seated just fine before romping on it.

Previous Zuma hit 60-63mph or so with both gf and I riding. (150+100lbs) my roads im using this for are 35-45mph. since it goes 60, it'll be perfectly adequate, not to mention automatic for all the stop lights I can occasionally hit.

The weather is not cooperating when it comes trying to detail cars. Everyday there’s a chance of thunderstorms and flooding! The previous owner passed away and the car sat in a parking garage in Boston for 1 1/2 years. It was covered in soot and thick dust. The finish had a ridiculous amount of surface scratches from people touching the dirty paint. 5 hours of polishing brought the paint back to life. This is my 3rd time polishing it, refining the finish each time.

Perfect weather today to detail a car. This is a 2004 Monti Carlo with 5,600 miles on it. The paint had a very high amount of micro surface scratches form whipping it down with an old shammy. 3 steps of machine polishing and 99% of the fine lines are gone.

Looks great. How do you like the Koch Chemie polishes? I'm really enjoying the rest of the line and I just ordered all the polishes to try. Been using Jescar stuff up to this point.

How do you like the Koch Chemie polishes?

I’m extremely happy with all their products. On black I love P10 01 for a finishing polish. It takes it up a noticeable level. It doesn’t streak or smudge and wipes off extremely easy. I did a Jaguar last Monday. I had 3/4 of the car done with Sonax Perfect Finish. I one area that had marks that were being difficult. I tried Koch Chemie P6 01 and it corrected it in 2 passes. I went back over the rest of the car with KC And finished it with P1 01. I can’t say enough about KC I’m a fan!

Great to hear. Yeah I really like everything I've tried from them so far. I also used a lot of Carpro stuff and in general, all the comparable KC stuff is just as good if not better. I'd love to try the Hand Wax W0.01 on my Mischevious Purple. I think that combo will be killer.

I'd love to try the Hand Wax W0.01

It’s great stuff BUT! It has Carnauba in it which melts when hot. Applied on a dark car (Kona Blue Roush) in the hot sun (95 degrees) it has an oily film. If you touch it you can smudge it. I use Wolfgang Fuzion Wax with no issues in the hot sun. (Not applying it in the hot sun, parking the car in the hot sun when finished) It’s my fast wax, put it on wipe it off, no waiting for it to haze up. KC WO 01 has slightly higher gloss and slickness. A tiny tiny bit of KC wax spreads a looooong way when applying it.
