Hi. My car is a Mustang GT 2022 (export spec,460HP) AT10 3.55 / Premium / Magneride /PP1 Wheels / Michelin PS4 Tires.
The car only has around 700 miles, So far my only mods done are X-Pipe and K&N Drop Filter.

I am thinking about my first mods, I am looking for the best cost-benefit options that are not expensive in my case to import into my country. I have an idea to start with the following:

-J&L Oil-Catcan
-BMR Lockout kit 2
-BMR Vertical Links
-BMR Chassis Brace, Front Subframe, 2-point
-Front Strut Brace (my version already has a CowlBrace)
-Magneride Lowering Springs (I'm looking for a more aggressive stance and improved handling) (Do I need to also buy camber caster plates for alignment??or also spacers??or can i skip them in case of lowering the car?)

-afterwards probably 93oct tune (No e85 here)

I am not an expert, especially in suspension mods. I'm open to suggestions on what to do first or if I should add or skip some of the mentioned parts of if i am missing something essential

Those are all good options for mods. As far as the caster camber plates they are not needed for the Magneride lowering springs. Feel free to reach out and go over your build and we always offer a deal for the guys on the forums.

your options for lowering are limited. 0.5" maybe 0.75". More than that you also need to recalibrate the MR setpoints. Basically not recommended to get carried away.

You forgot to address the differential mount - at minimum get the bolt inserts which come with the upgraded hardware kit(s).

No, you don't NEED camber plates but they sure come in handy if you're trying to achieve non-street numbers.

If you want the wheel gap filled in, you can do that with some modest spacers or different offset wheels within reason.

You have 50 pages of reading to do if you haven't already.

Yeah, that's why I'm not 100% sure about lowering the car or what the correct springs are in this case. Of course I'd like to improve handling and stance, lowering it not so much. but I don't want to mess up the magneride calibration.

Regarding camber plates i guess i can get away with purchasing just camber bolts.

what kit do you recommend for the differential?

I'd like to improve handling and stance, lowering it not so much.
then do the IRS fixes and bracing. And THEN re-evaluate. My bud did the IRS align/bracing fixes and the MagRide performed noticeably better post. I drove the car, same roads before and after. It was definitely observable.

If you want better handling then you're going to want proper wheel and tire sizes. 275 or 285 wide front tires on ideally 10" wide rims. The Mustang is severely under-tired.

Lethal/Bmr/Steeda they all have "upgraded diff bolt kits". Pick one.
