Did this a few weeks ago . Setting here staring at them , should I keep them red or go to black or silver . In my mind the black or silver will get lost in the wheel . But then doese the red screem look at me . Oh first world problems . Please give your honest feed back .

I personally like the red. If you want them to stand out, keep them red. If deciding from silver or black, I would do the silver to give a little contrast.

It depends what look you are after. I wanted mine to blend away, so painted them black.

If you want the wheels to pop, paint them black. Otherwise an accent color like red looks great for showing off those calipers (real brembos?)

Here's mine so you can see black as an option.

should be fine if you aren't going down gravel roads at 60mph. no worse than black.

It will not stay remotely as clean looking as when you first paint it. I did the high heat spray paint and the clear coat finish over the newly bought and added white brembo stickers.Stickers were basically black in a month or two and the paint isn't bright red any more.

Huge mistake imo at least on mine. Granted I probably only put 2 coats of clear on maybe 3 at best.

If you are meticulous at cleaning (and often) i do weekly for the most part and can keep up with it,maybe you'll have better luck then me

Red is most common and goes well with most body colors.

Other colors you could use that would stand out or “pop”:
Turquoise
Lime green
Bright yellow
Most Metallic blues
Fluorescent orange

Thanks for the insight , I used the G2 kit what is more like an epoxy rather then paint . If i do decide to go anther direction I will have them powder coated next time .

Here is mine with the stock silver and then with black. I was on the fence about red, as I have red accent stripes on the top surface next to my "cobra" stripes. I like the black better than I thought I would.
