Neither of those are what's recommended for this vehicle, one of which doesn't even exist.

My bad, 5-50 (the weight Ford recommends for the GT500) I realize Ford does not recommend Amsoil, they probably only recommend Motorcraft oil, but that was not the question.

You're going to get about 10 different answers from 10 different people. I think using a good quality 5w30 or 5w50 and change it often if you beat on it and you can't go wrong
