Quick update- it's now been 4 months that my car has been on hold in transit, presumably sitting in the rail yard.

I've tried multiple times to get information from the dealership or Ford customer service but no one has any details on why the car is delayed or when I can expect it.

The delivery ETA gets pushed back each week, so it's pretty much meaningless.

The wait continues.

My poor Canadian brothers (and sisters?). I feel your pain.

I ran in to a similar situation getting my 2021 GT Premium. - "You can order it now but no idea when it'll be built. Maybe 3 months? Maybe more?". I actually went to Autotrader and found exactly what I wanted..... 3 Provinces over. Shipped it from a little dealership in Alberta to my area in Ontario. $1800.00 shipping in a covered transpo but only 3 days waiting!

All this waiting and waiting. It's enough to drive ya nuts!

A couple of people are going to be happy, noticed 2 GT-500s on this car carrier heading south on I-75 through Toledo Ohio from Flat Rock Michigan. Can just barely see that Blue one in front of the white one.

This is insane. I think at this point a guy has to cut his losses and either order another from a bigger dealer or find a nice yard one. Used prices seem To be coming down a little atleast.

It was delivered to me June 1st. It did not get stuck long in the Calgary rail yard.

I'm still in same boat as well, mine has been sitting in a railyard for four months too. Google "rail yard dust and auto paint"... LOL. Ford Canada and the regional rep have been of zero help, the regional rep ignored my follow up emails from day one. The dealer was finally able to provide details regarding the issue, delivery hold for some sort of oil seal leak that has affected over a thousand 2022s.
