Read that Billy Johnson was leading in the #59 Mustang around half race before they had unspecified mechanical issues finishing 29th. The best finish for a Mustang was PF Racing's #41 finishing 9th.

Yea was watching it. He can really drive. Started off with a penalty and then fought his way back to 1 then of course the mechanical issues car started smoking. He was working those Porsche cars

The TV coverage was downright lousy IMO. All they showed was DPi. It's like the 4 other classes didn't exist, and were only good for being roadblocks getting in the way of the important people.

What kind of hp are we talking about? I don’t see any kind of FI so I can’t imagine these engines making a ton of power compared to one that has FI.

IMSA GS (GT-4) cars are targeted somewhere between 400-450 horsepower. A race prepped Coyote should make that for days. I attached a copy of the latest Balance of Performance stats. They limit amount of fuel and other details to supposedly equalize the cars.
