GT500 Strut Tower Brace Fitment

Does anyone know if the GT500 strut tower / cowl brace will fit a GT with standard hood?

I've been asking the same for my 2018 and no one has been able to confirm. At $2300 for the brace I'm not willing to be the guinea pig. Maybe reach out to FP tech line to see if they know?

Not quite $2300 if you don’t need it to be new.

I reached out to the Ford Performance tech line and they don't think it will fit under the stock hood.

You mean this one? Got both installed, the black strut is not visible in the pic, the one that attaches to the firewall.

That looks great!! Do you know if that would fit on top of a ROUSH blower?

hi, EVL-S550 Have you tried to install that gt500 strut tower brace on your car?

No, I put my blower in back in Feb but haven’t got around to trying the GT500 one. Mainly because I don’t think it will fit with the stock 18+ hood and $1500 for the brace is steep to “test fit”.
