I have a simple steadfast rule - zero alcohol if driving.

If I'm eating out I will have one 12 OZ beer. I will sip it for the entire meal. I usually also have a glass of water.

I never drive drunk.

Anyone think Ruggs would be acting like that after the crash if his girlfriend was actually diving at 153 MPH and then plowed into someone? Like I said, he's smoked ... has zero defense when this goes to trial, regardless of how much money he spends on lawyers.

This cracks me up :

That’s pretty sad. I guess we will know more once his/her NOK is notified.

There was another incident of a 14 yr old in Ohio 4 days ago but he’s not dead and is luckier. A 14 year old should not be driving and should not be in a police chase.

How are the pursuing officers to know the age of the driver?
