Still battling this check engine light thing. I keep resetting it and it keeps coming back. I know I can get it fixed but one day I will. Other than that drove a while and hit 69k 😁

I did say we needed to fix it instead of just cleaning the code again.

I brought my Mach 1 home a couple of weeks ago. tl;dr version - My 2021 FJG/Handling pack car was on order since April, cancelled in November by Ford. I found a matching options car with 30 miles on it total (10 miles by original owner) on Facebook Marketplace. FaceTime, some other verification, and then I flew to LV and drove it ~33 hours home.

I didn't have a PA plate for it until yesterday. I got that paperwork/registration complete, and drove it a bit yesterday and today (mid 40s). Washed it and pulled it in the garage until Spring.

Current mods/parts - oil/air separator, BC Forged wheels in HP sizing, FP hood strut.

This will primarily be a time trials/track day/autocross car next year.

I know, I know. Text me what to get. I have no clue if it’s that purge valve thing.

Factory Performance Pack wheels. You could order them in nickel paint instead of black for ~$200 MSRP. I think they look much more than $200 better but then again, I doubt the paint costed Ford more than a few cents more. They may have been from separate suppliers because the valve holes are in a different place than the black versions on front or back (forget which).
Thank you.i like them a Lot.

Not going to lie, I didn't think the Mach 1 was worth the price difference but this single picture changed my mind. Beautiful car.
Thank you! I was making the same comments early on until I got an excellent offer on my 17 GT. I upgraded and in comparison, this car is incredible. I can't get over the Tremec being leagues ahead of the MT-82. I'm trying not to drive it much because I have PPF and ceramic scheduled on December 20th. I keep making excuses to drive it on "side roads". I smile every time I drive it. In stock form, this car is amazing.

Now you both need to get some vids of your mini-S550 counter parts doing a Classic burnout:

Got around to fitting the 2021 engine upgrade package to my 2020 :

I didn’t do the full upgrade though - if I’m going to show off the engine cover, I would rather have the two tone 2020 version than the monotone 2021 version … :giggle:

I’ve no interest in doing the 2022 upgrade, our euro’s are already a little down on HP and torque - I wouldn’t want to loose another 10 horses … :bandit:

Took it out for a spin and filled it up. I’m sure my car likes flirting with orange exotics, not so long ago it was an orange McLaren and today it was a R8 (V10) :

Both driver and passenger told me the stang was louder … ! :sunglasses:

WD :like:
What changed for the 2021?
