Haven’t washed it in two weeks so applied Zaino gloss enhancer to get by. May not see a wash until spring.

Changed mt-82 and 3.73 diff fluid with BG.

7500 miles on the car, I'm funny that way.

Trans fluid was pretty good looking coming out.
Diff fluid was BLACK, and there was a huge amount of deposit on the magnetic drain plug.

Butt dyno: the mustang pulls much more quickly and freely with the new fluid.
Revs up super fast and there is much less "engine braking"

Broke it all in on a 750 mile road trip. Impressed wit the newfound smoothness and it seems there is a bit less nvh during highway cruising.

Thanks OP Mustang!
FYI the black oil in the diff is normal, the gears have a black oxide coating and as they wear in, most of it ends up in the gear oil. Good to get it out of there though. I'm at 15,000, I need to do mine and stop being lazy lol

Also noticed that hood is bumped up a little on the passenger side. Overall happy though.

Hood being bumped up tells me something is off. Friend of mine had same issue, pulled them off and went with another brand.

Finally installed my winter wheels and brought summer ones inside for a little R&R this winter.

Note - no snow to be had and none in the forecast, green grass. The new norm I guess and I live within ten miles of three ski areas!

Absolutely love it. My wife’s parents bought this for her last Christmas and she absolutely loves it. Next up is to start them off in a manual 😉
I just bought one of those in black for my grandson for Christmas. I've promised him the Bullitt when he graduates College, Military Academy or Trade School. Will let me enjoy the car for 20 more years ;-)

That’s awesome and gives them something to look forward to. As a member still serving ain’t nothing wrong with adding to another AF Academy grad. I hope my princess goes the same route. 😉

Well, in this family it will be West Point or nothing ;-) Though I would prefer my granddaughter went to the AF Academy lol

What wheels are on the adult size mustang?
Factory Performance Pack wheels. You could order them in nickel paint instead of black for ~$200 MSRP. I think they look much more than $200 better but then again, I doubt the paint costed Ford more than a few cents more. They may have been from separate suppliers because the valve holes are in a different place than the black versions on front or back (forget which).

From zooming in, they look the same as mine (rears in large gap and fronts in the small triangle) :like:

Got around to fitting the 2021 engine upgrade package to my 2020 :

I didn’t do the full upgrade though - if I’m going to show off the engine cover, I would rather have the two tone 2020 version than the monotone 2021 version … :giggle:

I’ve no interest in doing the 2022 upgrade, our euro’s are already a little down on HP and torque - I wouldn’t want to loose another 10 horses … :bandit:

Took it out for a spin and filled it up. I’m sure my car likes flirting with orange exotics, not so long ago it was an orange McLaren and today it was a R8 (V10) :

Both driver and passenger told me the stang was louder … ! :sunglasses:

Still battling this check engine light thing. I keep resetting it and it keeps coming back. I know I can get it fixed but one day I will. Other than that drove a while and hit 69k 😁
