Sudden rubbing

Well I backed my 2016 out of my garage this morning, and there was a nasty rubbing sound as I turned the wheel into the street. Looked under there and sure enough it looks like my tire is rubbing the plastic in the wheel well, on the front side. I've had this car since April and have never had this issue. Anyone else have this randomly? Wondering if it's the cool weather just moving things around a bit. My tires are Pirelli 295/35 R19. Thanks!

I recently noticed a front wheel is rubbing when turned close to lock. In my case, I just had my corroded fenders replaced, so I think it is the wheel well liner not properly installed.
