I have been wanting to get mine done for sometime now. I just cannot decide whether to go with the red or the matching lightning blue.

Agreed. The previous owner spray painted my calipers red and now the paint is chipping away. My fault though because I, you know... Drive the thing... HPDE...

If you want to learn more about hack jobs, ask me. Previous owner was down right stupid. Cut springs, heavy ass wheels, terrible stagger set up... RED CALIPERS ON A GREEN CAR! WHAT IS THIS?! CHRISTMAS?!
Or a pep boys zombie edition

gonna do powder coating for the rear calipers ( around $100 ) for DD and never track( maybe in the future once twice a year!) is there problem here?
Probably not. Really depends on braking habit but keeping the temps down should not pose an issue. I didn't notice paint chips until I tracked my car.

Next he'll tell us vice grips are the goto tool for plug changes.
I see my stalker BJ Crazy Horse is at it again...

Of course I would not use a crescent wrench, but I certainly could in a pinch (and have). I was being a bit silly to show how silly your statement was the other way - that one needed to be a tech and have a garage full of special tools to do the job.

'Tis true, subtle humor is oft lost on the obtuse.

I'm sure a custom cnc wheel company can whittle out a set of 19 or 20" alum wheel copies of the tin hub caps.
Just have your watercool wallet ready.
The last set of cnc wheels I had made was 3500.00 each
