Ty. So it came with the summer tires and the dealer wouldn't swap to an all season for the same price. So my options are :

Find a set of tires and rims (either new or used)

Rip these tires off and put all seasons on

Park it November to March
Go to tirerack.com , enter your vitals then choose tire/wheel combo. Delivered right to your door :D
I run Blizzaks myself.

My GF had a half hour drive for an appointment yesterday and she chose the 'stang with summer tires on it over her Subaru AWD, temperature at 35 degrees. She knows enough to watch tire pressures in the IC.... drives like a grandma yet can row her own gears :D
Stop bragging about this rare creature. She probably has a Class A license as well πŸ‘

Transferred my deposit and then built this on the visualizer.

Mandatory Mustang content....they will share garages, depending on how long it takes to actually get it.

Ciocca and thinking of plopping down a deposit at either Criswell or MacMulkin or with Rick Conti. Crazy how fast people put down deposits.

Awesome man. Best of luck!

I take it they are selling them at MSRP, correct?
Does putting down a deposit guarantee you a car?

The dealerships I named all are selling at MSRP and will refund deposits up to the point you actually order a car. The problem with such a popular car is there is no gurantee when you might get the car, plus options, shortages, etc will juggle people's positions in the queu to order

Option 1 is best. I have Sottozzero 3s on my Bullitt. Car&Driver had/has a Bullitt in their long term fleet and loved their Sottozzero 2s and Tirerack said the 3s are even better. Had them for one winter in OH, did great. They're getting put on this weekend.

Option 2 is less good, but still better than summers. There's plethora of all-season vs winter tires, so I won't bore you with that. Just make an educated decision. :) Price/affordability of course is a factor.

Option 3 I forbid you to choose. JK :D S550 is suprisingly capable in snow. Clearance might be an issue with high snow drifts, but mine's been lovely for daily and even OH-DC trips in Feb.

Wow! Way to look out for fellow owner! Well done you.

Hey, I'm from Czech (and going back this Dec), PLENTY of grandmas driving (not sure if good or bad) and most cars in Czech are stick. But, I've learned to just be extremely defensive driver regardless of who's behind the wheel.

This. Tirerack is absolute best. But, you pay for what you get. My new rims and winter set ran me $2,000. However, they should last me what, 4 winters I'd hope? Plus rims look gooooood.

Hey, that was a condition of my gf (now my wife of 4yrs) had to fulfill, i.e. I taught her stick. Yea I'm that weirdo, but something fu*ken cool about sitting in the passenger seat while the wife is rippin' it in the Bullitt. :sunglasses:
Her county office is above a DEA squad and apparently she gets QUITE the comments when she takes my car to work. :D

Finally got around to updating. It took a little over an hour. It requires the engine running to do the install so it was a good way to get some seat time in.

Very nice .... way more attractive than factory leather
Yes it is, and much better than the factory cloth this car came with.
