A tires nominal width doesn't mean much. Even in the same model, tire widths can vary over half an inch! (Even when both are labeled as the same width).
To this point, if you want to go with a setup that is closest to the stock Cup2s on an R and decided on PS4Ss, 295/30 fronts and 305/30 rear will give you that.

Just dropped of the new-in-box spare Project 6GR FIVEs to the shop for tire mounting and balancing. The Goodyear SC3Rs just came in Friday afternoon and I looked them over. The tire looks very impressive. I am hopeful it performs just as well on the track as the Michelin SC2s; various members who track their cars recommended the Goodyear SC3Rs, so we'll give them a shot on the spare rims.

The OEM CF front rims will be off for repair of the chipping / flaking inner barrel ceramic coating in the near future.

I've noticed that.
I wonder why that is?

@passwords So I just looked up the specs for the 325/30 SC3(nonR) vs my Conti SportContact. The GY has a 1/2" wider treadwidth (.5 exactly), but they boast the exact same section width on the same wheel size (11.5"). In that photo on your 12" wheel, they look ever so slightly stretched; which I like. but with the same section width, they should look and fit very similar as the Conti on my 11.5". I checked the 305 for the front also, and that had the same results.

Got the new GY Supercar 3Rs installed yesterday. The 325s look great on the rear. There is some minor poke on the rears. I took pics from multiple angles. I have some technical problems with these Project 6GR FIVE rims and I will be starting a new thread.

@AgSurfer Looks great and great pics. Are the 6G’s 11.5” in the back? You went 305 on the front? 30’s? Can you post up some pics of the front as well?

Yes rears are 19x11.5 and fronts are 19x11. I will post some more pics later today.

They "look" good, but the tolerances are tight. On the fronts, the gap between the caliper and inner barrel is almost invisible. Looks even tighter than the OEM CF rims.

On the rears, the space between the external side of the caliper and the inner part of the spokes is also very small.

See my post in Wheels & Tires regarding technical questions / issues with the 6GR rims.

Oh, sorry…Wasn’t asking about the wheel fitment, LOL, just making sure of the width to get the right visual on the tire. Your issues are not new and have been discussed at length around here. I guess they’re so popular due to cost, IDK. There’s better R replica wheels out there for sure.

Apparently I missed the friggin' memo on these issues.

Attached are pics of the FIVE front rims, 19x11, with 305/30/19 Goodyear Supercar 3R tires. There is such a small amount of clearance between the front caliper and the inner barrel, perhaps smaller clearance than the OEM CF rims.
