Owner's Kit

I bought a new (2016) GT350 at the end of May, and this showed up at my house today Pretty cool swag! Since the car is a 16MY I didn't have high hopes the kit would still be available, but Ford Performance kindly sent it out. I don't think I have a DVD player, I'm kinda curious what is on that.

Those of you that have an Owner's Kit, what did you do with yours?

Very cool. If you have a Xbox or PS4/5 you should play the DVD.

I went to their contact page and found their email addresses. I thought it was a long-shot since the car is 5 years old at this point. Sent a brief email asking for some direction who I might reach out to regarding the Owner's Kit. Anthony Fodera (the Ford Performance Info Center Supervisor) replied. He was very polite and helpful, asked me to provide some info pertaining to my purchase - basically proof I bought it new; it seems they only send these to the first owner. Once they had that, the fulfillment team had the kit sent out via FedEx in a couple of days. It's a small thing, but I'm feeling pretty lucky right now

I am more curious where you found a new 2016 that hadn't been sold yet...you are talking about a 5-1/2 year old car...

So happy for you. My 350 was 2+ years old when I purchased and after following the same process as you, I had mine in about 3 weeks as well. Find a track close and go have some fun....

If you are the first registered/titled owner of your 2017 GT350 and have not received your GT350 Owners Kit by now then your GT350 Owners Kit should be still sitting at FP in Dearborn?

Assuming that you are the first registered own send me a PM after which time I will provide you a contact and their contact information at FP after which time that person will be more than willing to provide you with some assistance.

No I'm not the original owner. Thought by chance he received one that the original owner never claimed. I didn't get one when I picked up my 2017 so was hoping there was a possibility is all.

When I got my 2017 new I had my car was white with the blue stripes so the generic picture like you have of white/blue looked just like my car. Even though I no longer have the car I framed that picture and put it on the wall as a smiling reminder for myself that I had a GT350 that looked exactly like that picture.
