It’s been a fun year.
Do you have a front end shot of your car? Was thinking of doing a hood stripe like that, but was worried because I have the same hood vents and was thinking it'd be too "busy". But I like how it looks on yours.
Nice car.Mid 2017 (bought in Feb)
June 2021
- black roof, mirrors, emblems, spoiler, wheel nuts
- lowered, Konig wheels, Roush axle-back, front brake upgrade, little transmission improvements
I like driving it in winter. Last year we had a huge storm and I drive around for a bit. Passed a bunch of 4 wheel drive cars on the side of the road. All cars drive in winter if you know how to drive! You're right, it's different, but not in any way diminished. It's incredibly satisfying to be on the road in a snowstorm, and doubtless confuse the hell out of the Wrangler kids
Bingo. I toss weight in the trunk and it’s fine. Of course I can make it spin out or whatever easily. But common sense usually is enoughPlus, they were probably running on no-season tires! Meanwhile, the "death trap" RWD Mustang chugs along just fine wearing winter boots.
I heard so much shit from other people saying don't drive your mustang in the snow you'll crash, it's not madeI like driving it in winter. Last year we had a huge storm and I drive around for a bit. From my experience, it’s people who still think they drive like RWD did 20+ years ago that say those thingsI heard so much shit from other people saying don't drive your mustang in the snow you'll crash, it's not made
to drive in the snow, RWD, blah, blah, blah.
I've driven both my Mustangs in the snow and I made it out just fine. As long as you don't do dumb shit, go slow, and pay attention you'll be fine. Good tires help too of course.
People always give their opinion whether they know or not. Tires make a hugeeeeeee difference and I had some cheap Falken tires before which did me good. From my experience, it’s people who still think they drive like RWD did 20+ years ago that say those things
