18 intake manifold ported with imrc lockouts. Air raid mxp cai. Corsa extreme cat back. Gt350 throttle body. Stock throttle body currently on car as of right now
I would just leave the stock throttle body on the 18 manifold, or find a GT350 manifold for the Gt350 throttle body.

Im pretty sure Lund didn't want to deal with your manifold/throttle body combo

I do have a gt350 87mm TB with the blowfish adapter. Lund told me they couldn’t lock the tune and was afraid of me changing or selling it. I tried explaining it was for my personal car what could would it do someone else but they weren’t having it. Wanted me to get the RTD I had even already paid for a tune and all.

Just a friendly suggestion to skip the GT350 throttlebody. Been down that road before, saw no advantage, just more difficulty getting the part throttle drivability up to par.

If you ever need to flow more than the stock TB can provide, get it bored by Maxbore.

I’ve heard that many times why i left the stock on and haven’t even tried it. It is ported as well I’ll probably just sell it

I don't think you'll find anyone like that.

IMO, if you've got it you're better off doing some reading on the HPTuners forums and checking out some of the other tunes in the repository and doing your own tune.
I have been told that the repository is now void of all modified tunes and only contains stock reads due to the EPA

Curious if this is correct information? There genuinely are a lot of cars that are track only and there's no reason they shouldn't be allowed to be modified.

Most tuners won't send a file to be used on a MPVI2 as there's no way for them to lock the tune. If they sent a file for it the file could be read and used by someone other than the original tuner which they obviously don't want happening. If you happen to change your mind on devices we offer the HPT RTD which can be tuned by PBD or Lund Racing. Or you can go with a SCT device or Ucal from PBD.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help you with in the meantime.

Thanks!

For some reason this only seems to be a problem in the Ford world. GM tuners are happy to share information and less likely to lock anything. The Ford tuning world is one giant secret for some reason.

Per the EPA's latest interpretation, nothing that came with emissions equipment can be modified in a way that alters the emissions equipment. This would include altering fuel or timing. The track only scenario is what the RPM act is trying to reverse.

So far I’ve only been able to find stock unless people just don’t put their custom tunes out there like that

Update. I’m fortunate enough to have received a msg from a gentleman who offered to help me tune my car free of charge. I was skeptical at first but over the past three days he has turned the car around and absolutely surprised me with what he has accomplished with this thing. We had some trial and errors with knock sensors not working because of imrc locked out and the car is wanting to run on closed mapped points but he’s got the car running great and I’m finally comfortable running it we are close to being done with it just a few more fine tweaks and he will have it spot on. Thank you to everyone who has helped and those who have given your opinions I appreciate you.
P.s. I am going to pay him even tho he said I didn’t have to. He’s been a massive help and has taken the time to explain everything he’s doing and any questions I had. I’m thankful for good people still left out here!! Thank you all again!
