Got her ready for cars and coffee in the morning. I can’t wait first one in 5 months after unwrapping and adding the power mods.

Imo there's nothing to be concerned about until you start seeing drops accumulate. Worrying about little seepage as a car ages is wasted effort.

Good news is since I removed catch can. 300 miles, no cel pending and zero oil on engine. Think we are gold! Checking that off my worries.

The Porter Cable is pretty nice. It's basically fool proof, but that does mean it's not super aggressive and some things can take longer. But it's safer this way as I've only just started using one myself.

I just received an order of high quality micro fiber towels (my second batch). I want to get to the point where I have enough of them to run laundry with each type separately because it's better for the towels. One set for exterior wax/polish work, and one set for liquid work (detail spray or window cleaning).

Next I'll be placing an order for LED lights for the reverse light and interior lights so I have them when the car gets here.
Ive had this one literally 10 years. Bought a "velcro" like pad, and standard 6" hex discs from McGuire. Youd have to really try to do damage with it. Biggest fauxpas I do is to not let it do its job on its own. Dont press down, as the random motion is limited and it stops spinning. I felt marker a line on the edge of the pad so I can make sure it keeps spinning and that im not applying too much pressure. P.C. has been a great tool.

Went for a little Sunday morning drive, then tested out a new toy:

McKillan's foam cannon, Chemical Guys Maxi Suds.
I'm jealous, pine trees around here are literally exploding with pollen. Anything outside is coated with it.....

Went to Carlisle this afternoon. Saw this parked just outside the gate. Only purchase was Redline hood struts.

I replaced passenger knuckle and the hub assembly last weekend. I washed it, clayed it (for the first time ever for me and my car), compounded it, and waxed it. The top of the spoiler was actually dull from honded contaminants. Its smooth as mirror now.

I also sanded down the huge chip in the hood that I filled with paint, and compounded it and waxed it. I'll post pictures of it later.

Took out the spring perch from the clutch to see if it made a difference...and it does. So much smoother to shift.

the perch did get a little ding that broke off slightly but I think it's fine if I decide to put it back in. Anyone else run it without a spring?

Apparently not a good idea:
"By negating your factory clutch assist spring you will notice chatter/NVH from your clutch pedal. Your clutch pedal will never fully return to stock position without any assist spring, and over time your slave cylinder may begin leaking due to constant pressure on its seals from the clutch pedal not returning to the stock position."

Thank you. The vents are stock black just wrapped in gloss black. It’s a nice alternative instead of buying brand new hood vents however, the paint may come off unwrapping them too.

Switched driving mode to track to stiffen up the magneride suspension and did a 150 mile round trip for a cup of mediocre coffee and cake. But as they say, the journey is the destination. 30-40 of those miles are through some very curvy mountain roads.

Passed a bunch of cars, and was chased for a bit by a guy on a GSX-R bike. He passed me while I was being stuck behind a pickup waiting for an opportunity to pass (entire mountain road is one lane road unfortunately), and never saw him again.
