I have a 2016 Mustang GT with 18 manifold with Paxton Supercharger, I'm wanting to install a mechanical boost gauge. Where would be the best place to tee into to hook up the boost gauge? I was thinking of tee off the line the feeds the BOV. Wasn't sure if that would work the best, I just want to make sure I hook up to the best line to get the most accurate read from the boost gauge. I actually tapped off the throttle body and ran from the throttle body to the BOV.

I tapped into the top of the throttle body and ran direct to the BOV, this was per Beefcake recommendation.
To ready boost and vacuum you must be on the intake side of the throttle body. Anywhere post throttle body should work as long as there are no check valves in the line.

From the throttle body is a straight line to the BOV no check valves. Are you stating if I Tee into that line for the boost gauge I should be good to go?

that should be fine al long as it sees vacuum and it is behind the throttle blade (Intake side vs charge tube side).

This is what I mean by where.
if you tapped into theT/B on the pipe side then that’s wrong. If you are on the intake side your good
