2020 GT PP1 spoiler delete option question

I have recently purchased a new 2020 GT premium with PP1. It did have the “spoiler delete option” and I noticed that the PP1 price remained the same. I really want the spoiler, and I was looking to see if anyone has susccrssfuppy had ford provide the spoiler to them after the fact. I feel like I already paid for it, and shouldn’t have to bug one. But I could just few this way because I like free stuff.

You bought the car as is so I doubt they will help you. Best bet is to buy a used one, I've been looking for an ingot silver pp1 spoiler for a year now.

I have a spoiler delete pp1 as well and prefer the cleaner look. When I started shopping I knew I wanted a pp1 so the spoiler kind of grew on me until I found my car without it and fell in love. And just think, when you sell the car you will get a lot more money because spoiler delete option is super rare. Of course people will start faking or doing tribute spoiler delete cars but you will have a documented spoiler delete car.

I was looking at the Gt350, and GT500 wings as well bin matte, or gloss.
I’m a massive fan of the wheels that come in PP1, and have no plans of changing them out. Once I tint the windows that black wing would be right at home.

UK GT's (essentially a PP1) come standard without the spoiler and it's an extra £350 if you want it - seems like a fairer way to do it than have a 'no cost reduction / spoiler delete' option.

I went without it, but if they would have allowed me to put a black one on the lime car I would have been very tempted ...

My 15 performance pack came with spoiler delete, I liked the look. I replay think the pp1 18+ spoiler looks good

There was no spoiler for PPs up until 2018.

If I was going to custom-order, that's pretty much the combo I'd go with.

Just about perfect.

I'd also add that CS trim around the side windows.

Why would Ford do anything? Someone ordered the car with the spoiler delete option, and you bought the car knowing it had that option. You got what you paid for, PP1 with spoiler delete option.

Your options are find a used take off in the correct color, by far your cheapest option if you can find one locally. You can order a new one, but then you have to have it painted.

Paint could cost anywhere between $200 to $300. Then drill holes in the trunk to mount it.
