I nearly bought that very car from 5 Star Ford! Changed my mind because of the stripes, and wanted the 401A. Picked it up last month.
Did your printed window sticker say it was sold to Roush, like mine is?
Mine has 401A, but without the B&O or the active valve exhaust.

I’m wondering if both vehicles were ordered by ROUSH for their conversions, but due to the current COVID environment and slow car sales overall that ROUSH declined or resold some of their orders back to Ford?

And yes correct, all Ford Special Orders come with the green maroney (window sticker). My 2018 was a Special Order due to my prior 2016 Buy Back process and how I wanted it optioned to match my 2016; it too has the green window sticker.

Yes, across the handful of 5 Star Ford dealers in the Dallas area, there had been around 8 identical Rapid Red spoiler-delete Magneride automatics (and another couple of manuals) that weren't converted, and another few that did have the Roush treatment.

It was nasty, cold and, raining yesterday when I drove up to look at it. Driving around the lot, there are at least 5 Roush units on the lot. There was one on the floor

Up date .............. Damn good thing I had to wait for a funds transfer. Close friend just bought the GT350R I tipped him off to that my dealer just got in. So, I bought his non R Gt350. Dealer did it as an in and out. I've bought six new Fords from them over the past 5 yrs. As such, they sold it to me for a nominal markup. $47,000. Late production '17 MY. 17K miles.

As a dd, no. That is why I had to let go of the HEP. In retrospect, I could have kept the HEP and bought the ST outright.
