Did your printed window sticker say it was sold to Roush, like mine is?
Mine has 401A, but without the B&O or the active valve exhaust.

Sadly, last month, I wasn't looking. The window tint and stripes are ok. We both got what we wanted w/o having to dealer order so it worked for the best. I had that plate mount on the GT350.

The HD radio comes with the 401A package. The B&O system adds the CD player and changes all of the speakers.

I didn't realize HD radio came with the 401A non-B&O. I can't seem to find it on mine. Maybe I have to enable it somehow.

From what I understand, literally every Sync3 Mustang will have HD radio, its built into the APIM.

That may be but if that is the case it is only turned on when the B&O sound system is present.

No. I really wanted that, but just couldn't find any with Rapid Red at the time.

There is one just like that on the lot. It has the PP2 which I do not need.

Nice, mine is the PP2. Its Ruby red since its a 19 though instead of rapid red.
