Short answer: Steeda Sport springs part # 555-8242.

Long answer:

The PP2 has more wheel gap in the rear than the front from the factory and I didn't like that look. I'm OCD and like things even. This isn't an issue on other Mustangs because they all have rear tires with thicker sidewalls than the front. Aftermarket springs maintain that rake since they are made for those cars (PP1, GT350 etc).

I was not interested in putting a thicker rear tire. That would have a negative impact on the effective final drive ratio and the car already has tall gears. I also didn't care to lug extra weight around.

To compound the issue I wanted to add a bit of negative camber up front and the more camber you add the lower it looks.

Anyways, my setup is:

* Steeda sport springs 555-8242.
* Steeda rear subframe alignment kit 555-4438.
* Deleted lower rear spring pads. This helped drop the rear by ~5mm.
* Spiral wrap to isolate the lower rear coils. It's completely quiet, not a peep or a squeak.
* Ford Performance camber plates M-3050-A. These have none of the harshness typical of full metal aftermarket units.
* All bushings loosened and torqued at ride height w/full tank to eliminate preload.
* '19 GT350R "track" alignment. -2 1/4 front, -1 3/4 rear, smidge of toe in. (It's really not that aggressive).
* Michelin PS4S 295/30 front 305/30 rear. Same weight but 0.7" wider front and 1.2" wider rear than cup 2. I wanted to maintain a stagger like the wheels.

Prob not the answer you were expecting but the car drives like a dream AND looks nice and even! Hope this helps.
Interesting setup - do you track it? I'm intrigued what impact, if any, this had on stock calibration for magnaride/ecu etc.

I do have a good amount of track experience but none with this car.

Re: impact on magneride, I do have an observation.

I experimented with these springs:

Front spring rateRear spring rate
Stock PP2 springs198823
FP springs250565 to 900+ (? dual rate)
Steeda sport springs170715

The FP front springs felt much stiffer than stock. I didn't like them. My roads just aren't smooth enough for them and the ride was too harsh.

Looking at the numbers I was a little worried the Steeda springs were going to be the opposite and too soft; but I figured if that was the case I could always try and drive in S+ to stiffen things up a bit if needed.

Surprisingly that wasn't the case at all. I can't tell the difference. Feels stock. Both normal and S+ feel the way they did with the stock springs.

Why can I feel a ~26% increase in rate but not a ~14% decrease? I can't answer that! Is the magneride compensating? Either way I'm not complaining!

Fun tidbit: I've never seen another PP2 on the road. Seen a handful of GT350s and a single Bullit. Never a PP2.
Same here. I haven't seen another one around my area either. Even when I went to the Mid America Ford and Shelby meet in Tulsa I only saw 2 others.

Do you guys think the PP2 Mustangs are rare? I too own a PP2 and have not seen another one myself. Even at car shows and car meets and I live in Cali where Mustangs are very popular. I see more Shelbys and PP1 than anything else. If they are rare, it will become even more rare since Ford are no longer offering them for 2021 supposedly. I wonder what the production numbers are from 2018 to now.

I saw A PP2 about a year before I bought mine, and I haven't seen one in the wild since. I do know that the largest Ford dealer in the State had one or two though. A friend of mine looked at one there. Even PP1 Mustangs are hard to find, but not impossible.

I also would like to see production numbers.

Have only had my PP2 for a couple of months, but since they first came out in 2018, mine is the first one I have ever seen in person. Never seen a Bullitt in person either. I do see GT350's from time to time.
