You should definitely make more than 600rwhp. No issues to that with 8-10lbs of boost. So you're saying I shouldn't have a problem making at least 600rwhp with the complete ho kit and upgraded head unit to the px1. Stage 1 intercooler?
Absolutely yes. With the 4” pulley. Go to a 3.6 or 3.4 and look for 700whp. After 700whp start thinking about the 8rib. Both kits are capable of the same power. The h.o will start to have belt slip around 700whp but upgrade to 8rib and overdrive balancer when you are ready and you can make the same power. It will probably be about the same price in the end but you can upgrade slowly if money is a issueSo you're saying I shouldn't have a problem making at least 600rwhp with the complete ho kit and upgraded head unit to the px1. Stage 1 intercooler?

I Plan on doing all upgrades to suspension, Axles, Driveshaft, oil gear ETC this winter. Then I will make decision on best kit for my application which is 900-1000 RWHP. It does look like the Prochargers will give me the power and still not kill the car with instant power hits like roots, screw blowers do.those are
Intakes temps after back to back hard pulls on the hwy. after riding around hot traffic . most i’ve seen was 20degree diff..
driving around cruising having fun usually 10-12 degrees with ac on
really impressed with the intercooler efficiency as well all know cooler intake temps less detonation more timing = more fun!!
In looking at axle shafts, don't know if you have seen this but Ford put heavier drivers side axle shafts on the 18+ manual transmission cars. They do not neck down like the drivers side on the A10 or all S550s before 2018. These are easily available on Ebay for a reasonable price. But, if you have the manual car I believe you are good without any mod there.I Plan on doing all upgrades to suspension, Axles, Driveshaft, oil gear ETC this winter. Just curious, do you know how big that carton is? I'm looking at a ProCharger myself and wanted to know if it would fit in the trunk/back seat or not.Got these last week. Installing next week.
I have a 2019 GTI. I folded the back seat down and I wasn't able to close the hatch. It's pretty big, but packed really well.Just curious, do you know how big that carton is? I'm looking at a ProCharger myself and wanted to know if it would fit in the trunk/back seat or not.
Have you considered gt350 halfshafts? Seems to be a popular budget upgradeIn looking at axle shafts, don't know if you have seen this but Ford put heavier drivers side axle shafts on the 18+ manual transmission cars. 6 rib will be zero slip issue at low boost levels. 8 rib I'd personally absolutely recommend for future pulley swaps and it's own belt instead of sharing with everything else, but yes it comes with a pulley that bolts onto the stock balancer. The mounts/braces do not need removed. Procharger stage 2 p1x lund tuned will easily make 650 without blinking on 91/93 and stock fuel system.Sorry but I'd like to jump in this thread since I'm thinking Procharger too and you guys have some knowledge. I just want to make 600-650 whp with a few bolt-ons and Lund tune while staying with the factory fuel/injector system.
1) Anyone running the shared 6-rib pulley and have any issues with belt slippage/breakage? Don't really want to get into pulley/balancer changes unless I have to.
2) Does the 8-rib upgrade mount onto the factory balancer or require a new balancer?
3)Was there ever an answer to the question on whether mounts had to be removed to fit the stage 2 intercooler?
